Well, well, well, now Scalia describes Cheney as a long time friend…hmmmm, weren’t they friends also in 2000 when Scalia was instrumental in making him VP? Not only that, but Scalia’s kids had jobs with the Bush campaign legal team. I guess it takes a lot for Scalia to say he has a conflict of interest, since ethics don’t seem to mean a heckuva lot for him…
