Secret trials, secret courts with secret dockets? Granted that many of these cases are drug or terror-related deals, but do you really want NOT to know that a drug enforcer with several murders on his hands is walking around scot-free in your neighborhood because of a deal in a secret proceeding? And once we have a secret Star Chamber court system, who’s to say that enemies of the administration WON’T be tried as enemies of the people?

That’s practically an entire Roman Legion! They could just SURROUND the man and no one would be able to get within 100 yards of him or even see him! Something’s seriously wrong if anyone needs THAT kind of protection.
