Fred’n’Bert asked me to remind everyone that a lot of pets were made homeless by Katrina. The North Shore Animal League is doing a tremendous service rescuing these pets who are dependent on us humans for their welfare. Please make donations to them to help the animals whose lives have also been disrupted by Katrina. Fred’n’Bert thank you and I also thank you on behalf of their less vocal animal brethren.
